Ghosts? Demons? Evil Spirits? Nah, that’s not what Halloween is really all about. Lots of Christians get SUPER fearful this time of year. Did you grow up hearing about a demon around every corner during Halloween?
But, good news! There’s nothing to be scared of, but there’s plenty to be AWARE of.
What’s actually happening is the festival of SAMHAIN (not pronounced how you think!). This is the time of year when the veil between worlds is thin. You may be able to sense a lot more spirit activity. As Christians, this is not all that unusual — we’re used to the spirit world around us all the time, right? It’s something to embrace and lean into as you develop your gifts.
